GPCR-HIT Configuration

Dimerix’ GPCR-HIT platform is the only ligand-dependent cell based assay system allowing rapid identification, profiling and screening of GPCR heteromers.  The technology, which is protected by granted and pending patents, can be configured with any proximity-based reporter system providing optimal utility across applications such as library screening and compound profiling.

The proximity of the the first and second Reporter Components (RC1 and RC2) result in a ligand-dependent signal indicative of functional association of the two different GPCRs (GPCR1 and GPCR2).
