Dimerix Platform

Dimerix has developed a proprietary platform capability, known as the GPCR Heteromer Identification Technology (GPCR-HIT). This platform has applications at multiple stages of the drug development process with the end result being able to produce drugs with improved efficacy and safety profiles.

Specifically, the GPCR-HIT assay enables:

Identification of GPCR heteromers and discrete signalling pathways activated through them;

Profiling of development candidates to investigate and optimise intracellular signaling as the basis for off-target effects, which include those mediated through heteromers, and;.

Screening of compound libraries against a wide range of published and un-published GPCR heteromers.
