Dimerix Bioscience is a private Australian biotechnology company developing the next generation of drugs targeting G-Protein Coupled Receptors (GPCRs).
Dimerix discovers and develops novel GPCR heteromer-optimised modulators to improve human health. These novel drugs are optimised for signalling pathways arising from complexes (heteromers) of GPCRs.
By leveraging its proprietary GPCR-HIT assay and large library of novel targets, Dimerix is developing a pipeline of lead products for oncology, metabolic, cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases with highly specific activity and with reduced risk of off-target effects.
Dimerix creates value for its shareholders from:
- In-house development of ‘Best in Class’ next-generation GPCR Drugs;
